What counts as a device?

Any physical or virtual machine you deploy to in a given year. If you rebuild the same laptop three times in 12 months, it's still one device.

How does education sector qualify?

Schools, colleges, universities, local and central government, NHS trusts, non-profit and registered charities all qualify for the education-sector rate. We verify eligibility once at onboarding.

How is billing handled?

Annual, invoiced. Add devices during the year and we pro-rate at renewal - nothing surprises you mid-term.

Is there a demo?

Yes. Book a demo and we'll walk you through a live end-to-end deployment so you can evaluate the platform before you commit.

Do you offer MSP/volume pricing?

Yes - per-device rates are negotiable at volume, and MSPs can wrap CloudImage into their own managed service. Talk to sales.

Are features gated by tier?

No. Both tiers get the entire platform. The only difference is the per-device rate.

How much storage is included?

Every plan includes 100 GB of storage for OS images, driver packs, applications, and scripts. Need more? We can expand it on request for an additional charge - just talk to sales.
